I just had the same problem today… After struggling to make my appointments, today was finally the day of my first appointment… and they no showed. I took 2 hours off work to make sure I was home when they arrived! I had to cancel my dinner party this evening because my house isn’t clean! I emailed first thing this morning, but no reply. I phoned, but their voice mailbox is full. Seems like as scam to me. I just emailed Groupon asking for my money back.

Thanks for all this information guys. I bought from Groupon and there were no appts available for months. Groupon is getting Qualico to phone me directly to book the appts but no one has called in weeks. I now want my money back and Groupon better honour that. Qualico doesn’t respond to customers.

Twice a day considered you are LUCKY!! I got a call from them last night (didn’t know it was Fido), told them I have no time to do their survey. Just got 8 calls from them within the last 30 minutes!!!! Ignored the first 6 then picked/hanged up the other 2 instantly.

I just posted on their FB wall telled them STOP BOMBARDING me with survey phone calls.

Same here! Purchased my ‘DEAL’ through teambuy.ca. Booked to have my carpets cleaned this morning….waited ALL morning for nothing! Called them, left a message…5 hours later, to my surprise, had a phone call from the company apologizing. Still not convinced these guys are legit….hoping to get my $$ back!

Hey there….. this is the second cleaning company that I have had no service from… bought from Group-on. I was taken to the cleaners. This company is apparently under new management now, the system is under a glitch – Debbie phoned to personally apologize, I am working on getting a refund from both Living Social and Group-on. I won’t trust companies that aren’t in the Lower Mainland. They have all been ponzie schemes. The best service ev-er is from ******** cleaning company at ***-***-****. No deals, but quality and consistency has been my experience. I will always google services before purchasing them. I also thought that large companies would vett the information. Oh well, back to cleaning my own pad now!

Exact same happened to me. They missed both appointments living me waiting for hours. I can’ express my anger and frustration. I bought this voucher through Living Social Deal though. Just emailed them to see how they’d handle this issue.
